We have converted all of our upcoming Short Film Night events into online screenings. All ticket holders will be sent out a special link and password so we can enjoy the films together-apart. Short Films by Iranian Women

We bring you a night of short films made by Iranian women. This event will now be broadcast into your home with a special link and password available for ticket holders to view on the night. Join us to celebrate the cinema of Iran with this vibrant collection full of lush imagery, insight into other worlds, and bold women breaking down stereotypes!

There are seven short films by top Iranian filmmakers:

  2. Hanged by Roghyeh Tavakoli
  3. Ascribed Achievements by Samaneh Shojaei
  4. Red Dress. No straps by Maryam Mohajer
  5. Limbo by Ghasideh Golmakani
  6. The Fried Fish by Leila Khalilzade
  7. Lady with Flower Head by Sara Tabizade

Time and date: access to watch the films will be valid from 3pm Tuesday 7 April until 3pm Thursday 9 April

Language: Farsi (with English subtitles)

German Short Films

Together with the Goethe Institute of New Zealand we present a collection of German short films. This event will now be broadcast into your home with a special link and password available for ticket holders to view on the night. Join us to celebrate the cinema of Germany with this vibrant collection full of comedy, cats, Christmas, amusement parks and football.

There are seven short films by top German filmmakers:
